If you had any issue with your booking, please immediately get in touch with us in the next 48h following your event.
It is very important that you provide us with details on the problem you faced at your event.
Once the issue is received, we will get in touch with the artist to notify him of the problem. We strongly suggest you to do the same.
Last-minute cancellation & no shows:
In the accidental event of a last minute cancellation or a no-show, we will confirm the details with the artist and then proceed with a full refund of your deposits (even if your booking includes a non-refundable deposit).
If you are not fully satisfied with the performance of an artist at your event, we recommend you to get in touch with him before posting your feedback. It might be possible to reach an agreement on a partial refund or some other compensation. Please also notify us if such problem arises.
