Yes you can. To be entitled to a refund, please refer to the cancellation policy:
- The Client is entitled to a full refund (minus payment processing fees) should he cancel the booking at least 30 days prior to the event date except is the deposit was marked non-refundable.
- In case the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the event date, the Artist is entitled to keep the deposit payments held in escrow.
To cancel a booking:
Simply send us an email to support@acted.co and we will drive you through the process. We do not automate cancellation at the moment and deal with them manually.
