- Should you cancel the booking more than 30 days before the event date, you are also entitled to a full refund (minus any payment processing fee) except if you agreed to pay a non-refundable deposit.
Deposits are standard practice in the entertainment industry to secure a booking. You can agree with the artist which amount you will need to pay to confirm the artist’s services. We usually recommend a deposit of 30% to 50%.
