You can receive feedbacks only for bookings that were confirmed through ACTED.
A day after your performance, your client will be invited to rate your performance on a scale of 1 to 5, and write a short public feedback.
This feedback goes through our moderators first to make sure it is not in violation of our Terms & Conditions. Once approved (allow 24/48h), you will be notified by email. Your average rating will be automatically updated and the feedback published on your profile.
As a reminder, your average rating and number of feedbacks will influence your visibility in our search engine. The greater these numbers the higher you will appear in a search result.
