You have two ways to access an enquiry:
1. from the email notification
2. from your dashboard / enquiries page
1. Email notification
Every time someone is interested in your profile and has sent a quote request, you will be notified by an email titled "You have received a new enquiry". In this email, you will find the event details as well as a pre-selection of your acts by this client.
For example:
To access this quote request, simply click on the chatroom link. If you are logged in, you will be re-directed to the related chatroom.
This is what you will see:
To send an offer, simply click on "send quotation". If you have already entered your packages & prices, this will only take seconds.
2. From your dashboard
Log into your account, and click on the arrow next to your name in the header menu). Click on "My Dashboard".
In your dashboard, go to the "enquiries" page where you will find a summary of all quote requests received.
