Booking confirmation
- To confirm a booking, a client must pay a deposit first on Acted. This deposit is safely held in escrow. You can chose a refundable or non-refundable deposit, this is your call. However, if the booking is made less than 14 days before the event date, this deposit becomes automatically non-refundable.
Balance payment
- The client is then invited to pay the balance payment up to 3 days before the event date. Your payment will be available 3 days after your performance. You just need to access your Dashboard to release the payment.
- Should the fail to pay the balance, the booking will be considered as cancelled and the deposit will be transferred to you 3 days after the event date
Payment release
- To release the booking fees onto your account, you need first to validate your bank details in your settings and verify your identity as per our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy.
