To enter your packages & prices, access your dashboard then click on your "Prices" tab. You can also simply click here
1. What is this page for?
This will allow you to reply to any enquiry in a matter of seconds with your standard prices. You will always be able to quote a custom price and additional acts when replying to a lead.
2. Which Acts will show in this page?
The acts that are published on your profile. Those who are still in draft status need to be finalized and saved before appearing in this page.
As a reminder, your act will be published when you have entered:
- a title
- a picture
- a video or a second picture
- a description
3. Packages & sets
First of all, you need to list the different packages you are offering for this Act. For example, if your band does cover songs, you may have multiple combinations such as 3-piece band, 4-piece band, singer & guitarist, etc...
Then you can define the number & duration of sets for each package. See example below:
4. Price on Request:
You may not want to show your prices on your profile for a specific act or show a specific minimum price "from". You may not want to show any price at all.
How to show a specific minimum price for an act:
Let's assume you have a discounted price for certain occasion you would rather not advertise on your profile. However, you still want to be able to quote this option automatically when replying to a client. Click "Price on Request" next to the price you don't want to show, such as below.
In this case, the "from" price on your profile for your "Stage Magic Show" will be 1,800 GBP:
How to show "Price on request" for a specific act:
Let's take again the example above. Simply click "price on request" for each offer:
In this case, the "from" price on your profile for your act is now showing "Price on Request":
How to show "Price on Request" for my full profile and in the search results:
In your prices page, click "Price on Request" for every offer. While you will be able to quote these offers quickly to any booking request, no price "from" will show on your profile or in the search results.
